Taste for kids Inc. is an Illinois licensed food service provider that is proud to deliver healthy school meals. Our foods are cooked from scratch daily with a kid friendly focus and are prepared in a healthy manner. We use locally sourced foods whenever possible. We do not use prepared foods that are often high in sodium, high fructose corn syrup or trans fats. We utilize healthier cooking methods such as roasting, baking and steaming. These methods utilize far less fat and help retain vitamins and nutrients, as well as flavor.
